settling in..
Just had my first vietnamese beers and some thai food. A little bit rainy today, but still warmer than my home town.. Saw allready some nice scenery, even in the city.
Figuered out how to get hot watter, and i have a vietnamese phone numb.
Trafic is mental around here, just drive where you want and honk if you need to (read: all the time) and don’t bump into each other.. When you cross the street, just walk at a slow pace, don’t stop! don’t do anything fast! All taxi’s here are Daewoo matiz’s!! Ha! is funny.. (if you know that i drive one to and it’s broken at the moment)
One nice thing is the count-down timer at the traffic lights, we should have those to..
Tomorrow first day at the HUT, hope to meet Dr Lan. Maybe i’ll write a post about wat i’m actually doing here..
no it’s not just a holiday in a developping country..
now i’m of to removing all the weird animals from my room before going to sleep
